WARRANTY INFORMATION
Biel Watches is an independent luxury timepiece dealer and is not an authorized retailer for the brands we sell. All watches offered are carefully inspected, authenticated, and verified prior to sale.
Some timepieces may carry an active manufacturer warranty. In those cases, warranty service is provided directly by the manufacturer in accordance with their published terms.
For watches no longer covered by a manufacturer warranty, or sold as watch only, Biel Watches provides an independent limited warranty as outlined below.
Biel Watches Limited Warranty
Timepieces purchased through BielWatches.com that are not covered by an active manufacturer warranty are protected by a one (1) year limited Biel Watches warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty applies solely to the original purchaser and is valid only for watches purchased directly through BielWatches.com.
What This Warranty Covers
The Biel Watches limited warranty covers issues related to normal mechanical operation under typical wear conditions, including:

Mechanical movement defects

Internal functional issues affecting timekeeping

Battery replacement for quartz timepieces
All warranty service covered under this policy is performed at the discretion of Biel Watches.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not apply to:

Cosmetic wear, including scratches, dents, discoloration, or changes to finish

Damage to crystal, bezel, crown, stem, case, strap, or bracelet

Normal wear and tear, including strap or bracelet wear

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper handling
-
Damage resulting from failure to follow manufacturer guidelines
-
Water damage caused by use beyond the manufacturer’s stated water-resistance rating
-
Any timepiece that has been opened, serviced, modified, or adjusted by a third party during the warranty period
-
Performance expectations outside manufacturer or industry-accepted tolerances, including timekeeping variation
Biel Watches reserves the right to deny warranty coverage for claims that fall outside the scope of normal mechanical function.
Warranty Service & Repairs
All warranty repairs are evaluated and completed at the sole discretion of Biel Watches and may include parts and labor where applicable.
Biel Watches does not assume responsibility for incidental or consequential damages related to warranty claims, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Manufacturer Warranty Coverage
If your watch includes an active manufacturer warranty, all warranty service must be handled directly through the brand. While Biel Watches does not administer manufacturer warranties, we are happy to assist clients in navigating the process when possible.
Warranty Returns (RMA Process)
All warranty claims require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to shipment.

Warranty return requirements:

Returns must be shipped via a traceable carrier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS)

All shipments must be insured and prepaid by the customer

Packages without a visible RMA number will be refused

Biel Watches is not responsible for loss or damage during inbound transit
Once warranty service is complete, Biel Watches will return the serviced timepiece to the customer at no additional charge.
