WARRANTY INFORMATION
Biel Watches is an independent dealer and is not an authorized retailer for the brands we sell. Some watches may still carry an active manufacturer warranty. In those cases, warranty service is handled directly by the manufacturer.
For watches with an expired manufacturer warranty, or those sold as watch only, Biel Watches provides a limited extended warranty.
Biel Watches Extended Warranty
Watches purchased through BielWatches.com with an expired manufacturer warranty, or sold as watch only, are covered by a two (2) year Biel Watches limited warranty from the date of purchase.
All watches sold by Biel Watches are guaranteed to be authentic and verified prior to sale.
What the Warranty Covers
The Biel Watches extended warranty covers issues related to normal mechanical function, including:

Manufacturing defects

Watch movement
-
Battery replacement
All warranty service under this coverage is performed by Biel Watches.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not apply to:

Scratches, dents, or changes to the finish

Glass or crystal damage
-
Crown, stem, case, strap, or bracelet issues

Damage caused by excessive wear, misuse, or physical abuse

Damage resulting from failure to follow manufacturer instructions

Water damage caused by use beyond the manufacturer’s stated water resistance
-
Any watch that has been opened or serviced by a third party during the warranty period
Warranty Service & Repairs
All warranty repairs are completed at Biel Watches’ discretion, including parts and labor during the warranty period. Biel Watches does not assume liability for incidental or consequential damages related to warranty claims, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
This warranty is valid only through BielWatches.com and applies solely to the original purchaser.
Manufacturer Warranties
If your watch includes an active manufacturer warranty, all warranty service must be handled directly through the brand. If you need assistance navigating that process, you’re welcome to contact us and we’ll help guide you.
Warranty Returns (RMA Process)
All warranty returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to shipment.
To request an RMA, email sales@bielwatches.com.

Returns must be shipped via a traceable carrier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS)

Packages must be insured and shipped prepaid by the customer

Shipments without a visible RMA number will be refused

The customer is responsible for loss or damage during transit
Once service is complete, Biel Watches will return the repaired or replacement watch at no charge.
