Returns & Exchanges

At Biel Watches, every timepiece we sell is backed by our 100% authenticity guarantee. Because we deal in luxury watches, we take returns seriously to protect both buyers and sellers.

• 48-Hour Return Window – You have 48 hours from delivery to request a return. Watches must be returned unworn, unaltered, and in the exact condition shipped, with all original accessories and packaging.
• Exchange or Restocking Fee – You may exchange your watch for another piece in our inventory, or return it subject to a 10% restocking fee.
• Shipping Costs – Return shipping must be covered by the buyer and sent via fully insured FedEx Overnight to protect the value of the timepiece.
• No Exceptions After 48 Hours – To protect against misuse, no returns or exchanges will be accepted after the inspection period.
